Online test series are digital and open at once, so a series that has been opened or used is normally not refunded. Refund is given when: - you paid twice for the same series; - money was taken but the series did not open and the Institute could not fix it; - the Institute cancels the series. How to ask Write or WhatsApp within 7 days of the payment with your mobile number, the series name and the payment / UTR number. Time An approved refund goes back to the same account / card in about 5–7 working days (bank time may vary).
