These terms apply to the online test series of Sarthak Classess (the "Institute"). 1. Account You sign up with your own mobile number and keep your password secret. One account is for one student; sharing a login is not allowed and the account may be switched off. 2. What you buy A test series gives access to its online tests, results and solutions for the period shown on the series page ("access till"). Test dates and the number of tests can change for academic reasons; you will be told on the portal. 3. Payment The price is shown before you pay. Online payments are handled by the payment company; the Institute never sees your card or bank password. For UPI payments, access opens after the Institute checks the payment. 4. Fair use Questions, solutions and papers belong to the Institute. Do not copy, record, sell or share them. Do not try to get around the test rules (switching tabs, other devices). 5. Results Ranks and marks are among the students who wrote the test on this portal. They are for practice and do not promise any exam result. 6. Refunds See the Refund & Cancellation policy. 7.
